Your HotSync ID can be found through your HotSync Manager on your Desktop.[top]

2. My Enabler code is not working. What can I do?
Some registrations require your HotSync ID. This value is case sensitive and can fail if you have provided the wrong value during registration. Contact us and send your HotSync ID, Name, Software Version, and Date of Purchase. After we confirm your order, we will generate and e-mail your Enabler key.[top]

3. What is a *.pdb file?
The *.pdb file extension represents a Palm Database file. This file can be installed onto a handheld device using the Palm Operating System. By using the Palm Install Tool, you can hotsync Palm Applications and Databases to your handheld device.[top]

Log in to your Password Bank. From the Dropdown list, select Password Bank and update the Password.[top]
