1. Where can I find my HotSync ID? The Internet Bookmark Importer will automatically identify existing HotSync IDs on your PC. They will be listed on the PullDown list labeled 'User'.[top] 2. My Enabler code is not working. What can I do? Some registrations require your HotSync ID. This value is case sensitive and can fail if you have provided the wrong value during registration. Contact us and send your HotSync ID, Name, Software Version, and Date of Purchase. After we confirm your order, we will generate and e-mail your Enabler key.[top] 3. What is an *.msi file? The *.msi file extension represents a Microsoft Installer file. This installation file type has been successfully tested on Windows 98, XP, and 2000 Operating Systems.
